The IT Supervisor will oversee all technical and network infrastructure projects, inventory, and concerns to enforce organizational standards.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Installation and maintenance of the company’s internal network and computer systems.
• Identification of any updates and improvements to the overall network and system.
• Manage POS Systems of restaurant operations.
• Oversee and manage Active Directory infrastructure ensuring its reliability and security.
• Monitoring overall active IT operations and systems.
• Project Lead for all technical projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, or BS Computer Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years IT-related work experience in Retail, Restaurants, or Hospitality industry.
• Knowledgeable in handling POS systems, Network and Computer Infrastructure, CCTV systems, and Active Directory.
• Any Microsoft and Network certification is an advantage.
