Job Description
Ulticon Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our technical support team. This role involves providing leadership, training staff on technical procedures, and managing assignments to resolve critical issues.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and customer-facing experience are essential.
