Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Assist in network equipment setup and maintenance.
- Perform routine IT tasks like backups, updates, and antivirus management.
- Administer user accounts and access permissions.
- Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Manage IT equipment inventory.
- Provide basic IT systems training to users.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
