Job Description
Are you tech-savvy and love finding solutions to technical problems? We are currently looking for an IT Support professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, including network infrastructure, server administration, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer software and hardware.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support professional or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good time management.
