Job Description
Mossad Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Executive to be the first point of contact for all employees in the company. Responsibilities include logging and processing request/escalation tickets, providing on-site support for peripherals and network issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate is analytical, self-motivated, and a good team player, with at least 2 years of IT Desktop Support experience. This full-time position offers a fixed-term contract for 12 months with a monthly salary starting from Php25,00.00, along with health insurance benefits. Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
