Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Executive to join our team. As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving computer hardware, software, and networking problems.
In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. You will also handle user accounts, password resets, and account permissions. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to users on how to use various software and hardware systems effectively.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong technical background with a deep understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Certification in relevant IT fields will be an advantage
