Job Description
Conectys Philippines is seeking IT Support Experts to provide frontline technical assistance for customers and partners in Davao. Responsibilities include proactive support, problem-solving, and technology issue analysis.
Requirements:
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS 365 Administration and Linux CLI management
- Deep knowledge of Systems Admin and IT Support Tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior experience in a related role preferred
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft 365
- Skills in remote desktop applications and helpdesk software
- B2 proficiency in Written and Spoken English
