Job Description
The IT Support directly supports the IT Head, providing entry-level technical support for the day-to-day operation of Group of Companies’ computer systems, networks, software, and hardware.
Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or 2-year course of computer system services with NC II license.
- Work Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in hardware and software with troubleshooting, installation, and configuration skills.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiar with industry-standard computing hardware and software for installation and maintenance; able to troubleshoot, install, and configure computer systems and networks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Network installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- CCTV installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Remote access software: 1 year (Preferred)
- Remote hardware: 1 year (Preferred)
