Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check all IT equipment including PC/POS, network printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist employees with PC-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware problems.
- Contact service providers for warranty repairs.
- Generate reports from the POS system.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Duty Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 1 year of IT experience.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
