Job Description
As an IT Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT support team in our company. Your main role will be to provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.
You will be responsible for monitoring the team’s performance, ensuring that IT support requests are addressed in a timely manner, and resolving complex technical issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT improvements, as well as develop and update IT processes and standard operating procedures.
To excel in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge and experience in IT support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential, as you’ll be coordinating with various stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and management.
