Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Manager (Hybrid) to join our team. As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT support department, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional technical assistance to our employees.
In this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of IT systems, networks, servers, and software, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT support specialists, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in both hardware and software troubleshooting. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.
