Job Description
- First level support for DIT services, applications, and tools, with 24×7 monitoring.
- Handle incident reporting, service requests, and day-to-day operational tasks for DIT Infrastructure.
- Register and manage end-users’ reported incidents, queries, and change requests, escalating to 2nd line support when needed.
- Track incident status and ensure timely resolution, providing updates to end-users and customers.
- Prepare incident reports and provide remote support via phone or email.
- Monitor critical applications, escalate abnormalities, and conduct daily data center equipment checks.
- Follow DIT procedures, maintain documentation, and coordinate updates with area owners.
- Escalate issues to next-level support as required.
