Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our team. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues.
Your main duties will include identifying and resolving hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems and applications, assisting with network maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role
- Proficient in computer systems, troubleshooting, and network configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
