Job Description
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
· Setting up accounts for new users
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Testing new technology
· Resolving network and hardware issues.
· Managing multiple cases at one time.
· Manage website and webmail.
· Manage and upgrade database server.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS/PHP/SQL.
- Languages used: PHP, SQL, Java
- Applications used: digitalocean, hestia
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Experience with setting up networks and network attached devices such as CCTV, NAS, Servers
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
