Job Description
Up to 60k
Pro Sulum LLC is actively seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with a robust technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming tickets and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate meeting sessions between clients, users, and engineers.
- Assign and manage ticket turnover efficiently.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MSP or IT Support roles.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar software is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work within standard business hours in the US.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php60,00.00 per month
