Job Description
Join our team at Professional Technology Partners as an IT Support Specialist. Responsibilities include setting up and deactivating users, managing support tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives. You’ll also generate monthly security reports and assist with special projects.
We seek candidates with 2+ years in Help Desk roles, familiarity with Microsoft Suite, VoIP systems, Salesforce, Jira, and Slack. CompTIA certifications preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position starting from Php10,00.00/month with night shifts and benefits.
