Job Description
Provide technical assistance and support to our employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT systems operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and security systems.
- Respond to help desk tickets promptly and professionally.
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems.
- Stay updated on IT best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven IT support experience with strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and assisting end-users.
- Familiar with Windows or macOS, Microsoft Office, and network protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
