Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our Australian clients. The role involves resolving software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and troubleshooting network problems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as experience with help desk software, is highly desirable.
