Job Description
Location: Eastwood City
Work Setup: Onsite | Night Shift (12:00 am – 9:00 am) | Fixed Weekends Off | US Based Holidays
Salary: Up to Php 50,00 Monthly
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Responsibilities include creating knowledge base articles, and assisting users with technical issues related to Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, and more. Preferred familiarity with hospitality platforms (PMS, POS) is a plus.
Essential Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience with ticketing systems, strong communication skills, and willingness to work onsite.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Experience: 1 Year in Ticketing Tools and IT Support Required.
