Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users.
Your duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring computer systems.
You will also assist in the maintenance of IT equipment and the organization’s network infrastructure.
