Job Description

Working Hours: Morning, 2 days on-site per week
The IT Support Specialist at Flatplanet will be responsible for maintaining IT operations, providing end user support, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide helpdesk support and user education
- Maintain IT hardware and infrastructure
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with SOC2 requirements
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in Level 2 IT support
- Proficiency in Google suite and Mac/Windows systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with automation and compliance frameworks
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
