Job Description
· PC Setup and Configuration – install and configure hardware operating systems and applications
· Assist Users in resolving software and hardware technical issues
· Respond to queries promptly using various communication media or in person
· Office e-mail – implement and maintain the Coop’s own email system
· Responsible for installation of in-house and office software applications
· Provide application support to the Coop’s production systems
· Provide support to Digital Marketing in terms of website design
· Provide app development support as needed
· Responsible for telephone system and CCTV troubleshooting; propose improvements or enhancements based on operational needs
· In charge of providing specification standards in the purchase of PC’s, laptops, printers and multi-media based on the service or function of users
· Responsible for IT inventory monitoring
· Web Development – create web-based viewing of data from database as needed.
· Development of program based on management needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php35,00.00 per month
