Job Description
Metacom Business Process Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time, onsite position requires a high school diploma (old curriculum) or an ALS diploma, along with a minimum of two years of experience in BPO or one year in technical support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php24,500.00 to Php28,500.00, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.
