Job Description
– A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related courses
– 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
– Knowledgeable in POS Terminals/ATM Machines
– Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
– Good computer troubleshooting skills
– Willing to work holidays, weekends, and shifting schedule
– Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
– Great Customer Service skills
– Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes
– Highly organized with self-discipline
Job Type: Part-time
