Job Description
– A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses
– 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
– Knowledgeable in POS Terminals/ATM Machines
– Strong analytical skills
– Good problem-solving skills
– Good computer troubleshooting skills
– Willing to work during holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules
– Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
– Great Customer Service skills
– Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
– Highly organized with self-discipline
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Supplemental pay types:
