Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Providing technical support for Windows operating systems and servers
- Configuring software drivers for peripherals
- Virus scanning and removal
- Basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Coordinating warranty claims and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1 year of IT Support experience
- Able to work at Davao International Airport on a shift basis
Job Type: Fixed term – 12 months
