Job Description
- Role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment.
- Expertise on installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- This person will troubleshoot IT problem areas (in person, by telephone or via remote access) in a timely manner and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance when required.
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 6-month of related experience as Technical Support and ticketing tool
- Can work 5 days a week.
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
