Job Description
Join Sanden Cold Chain System Philippines Inc. as an IT Support Specialist. This role involves managing and troubleshooting diverse IT systems, including SAP Business One, CCTV, and printers. The successful candidate will provide daily technical support, maintain hardware, oversee backups, and ensure our IT infrastructure operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot SAP Business One user accounts.
- Update ESET Anti-Virus modules.
- Support CCTV installation and provide technical assistance.
- Maintain and resolve printer issues.
- Ensure daily backups and manage MIS documentation.
