Job Description
I2s Business Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in Service Desk and Technical Support. Candidates must have experience in ITIL (Change Management) and possess strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
You will play a crucial role in assisting users with information systems problems, coordinating with technical resources, and managing escalations. This is a full-time permanent position with a monthly pay of up to Php35,00.00.
