Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Vocational/Bachelors graduate of computer technology/science or related course
- Basic knowledge in OS, LAN & PC Maintenance
- 1 year experience in IT Support in electronic manufacturing
- Installation of various OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work in shifting schedule, immediate start
Job Description:
Under MIS Technician Team Leader, support and maintain company IT resources.
- Provide first level support for end user problems
- Technical assistance to end users for PC hardware/software
- Identify and troubleshoot computer problems
- Setup and maintain PC hardware/software and printers
- Troubleshoot PC Hardware/Software, printers, network issues
- Update hardware and software inventory
Job Type: Full-time
