Job Description
The IT Support maintains the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and providing support to all employees.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding to service issues and requests promptly
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Researching and testing new technology
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong technical support and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,00.00 per month
