Job Description
Biñan Doctors’ Hospital, Inc is seeking an IT Support Staff to manage IT assets, resolve issues, and maintain systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT assets and systems.
- Assist in fixing Wifi, Biometrics, and CCTV setup.
- Provide IT assistance to end-users.
- Train end-users on hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance.
- Update software and maintain security.
- Document processes and perform tests.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT systems.
- Skills in troubleshooting and Network Infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT-related courses.
- Experience as Helpdesk/Application Support Specialist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,200.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Staff meals provided.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
- Overtime pay.
Expected Start Date: 05/06/2024
