Location: Liip Gardenia Bakeries PH Inc.
Position: IT AppTech
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing Tickets
- Providing solutions and advice on technical issues
- Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions
- Troubleshoot hardware device and software application
- Respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure that all issues are resolved on time.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience as AppTech
- Willing to relocate near LIIP Binan Laguna
- Willingness to be trained
- Shifting Schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
