Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our IT systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first level support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting network problems and resolving connectivity issues.
- Installing and configuring computer systems and software.
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT support tickets and resolutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is highly preferred.
