Job Description
Job Summary: As the Team Leader Desktop Support Engineer at Systemantech, you’ll lead our end-user tech experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex technical issues and mentoring your team to achieve excellence.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a desktop support leadership role.
- Proven success in team leadership.
- Strong technical skills in Windows, macOS, etc.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
