Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incoming employee should be dedicated and patient
- Works well under pressure and minimal supervision. Has its own initiative in terms of work.
- Willingness to learn, a team player and can establish a good-working relationship with users and peers
- Must have both good communication and technical skills. Customer-oriented and can provide support via phone
- Able to handle irate customers, adapt quickly, and build rapport
- Customer-oriented and can work independently or as a team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in ECE, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Computer/Network Engineering
- Strong in Windows OS, MS Office, computer setup/troubleshooting
- Basic network knowledge, good customer service skills
- Flexible to work overtime, willing to travel on short notice
Work Set-up: Onsite
Location: Makati
Schedule: Day shift (Mondays – Fridays)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php45,00.00/month
