Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Assist with network infrastructure setup and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be an advantage
