Job Description
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
· Setting up accounts for new users
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Testing new technology
· Resolving network and hardware issues
· Managing multiple cases at one time
· Manage website and webmail
· Manage and upgrade database server
Requirements:
· Degree in computer science or information technology
· Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
· Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS/PHP/SQL
· Languages used: PHP, SQL, Java
· Applications used: digitalocean, hestia
· Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
· Experience with setting up networks and network attached devices such as CCTV, NAS, Servers
· Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Good written and verbal communication
