Job Description
We are currently seeking an IT Technical Assistant to join our team. As an IT Technical Assistant, you will provide technical support and assistance to our IT team, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
- Collaborating with IT staff to set up and maintain computer hardware and software
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network issues
- Configuring and installing computer systems and applications
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups
- Providing technical support to staff members and assisting them with computer-related issues
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both IT staff and end-users.
