Job Description
As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and hiring highly skilled professionals for technical positions within our organization.
Your main responsibility will be to source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finally, select the most qualified individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and specific job requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
- Evaluate and review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep updated records of candidate information and hiring process progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical positions and understanding of relevant skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and related HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively evaluate and assess candidates.
