Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to enhance our team. In this role, you will take charge of repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware to ensure peak workstation performance.
Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and conducting preventive maintenance on PCs and their peripherals.
Qualifications for this position include a vocational or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, a minimum of 1 year of experience in End User Support, and strong network troubleshooting capabilities.
This is a project-based opportunity for 12 months that requires on-site participation and may involve a shift schedule with potential overtime.
