Job Description

Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to provide IT support to LBC branches via phone, email, remote troubleshooting, and onsite assistance.
Duties: Ensure IT SLA compliance, manage escalated events, provide 2nd level support, and set up PCs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, at least 1 year of IT support experience.
Job Type: Full-time, onsite with travel.
