Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and helping others with their IT needs? We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal staff and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
- Installing and configuring computer systems and applications
- Providing training and support to end-users
- Collaborating with other IT team members to maintain and improve systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Support specialist or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
