Job Description
Join First Datacorp as an IT Technical Support specialist! Your role will involve addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues. You’ll guide customers through installing applications and peripherals, diagnose problems through targeted questions, and provide simple, step-by-step instructions.
Key responsibilities include conducting remote troubleshooting, customizing desktop applications, and documenting technical issues and solutions. You’ll follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functioning optimally and assist in creating technical documentation.
Contract Type: 12 months
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Expected Start Date: 12/02/2024
