Job Description
Micro D- International Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email.
- Updating the company website with tech tips and documentation.
- Evaluating system compatibility with new programs.
- Improving existing programs by reviewing specifications and making recommendations.
- Maintaining system functionality through testing.
- Collecting and analyzing data to achieve computer system objectives.
- Preparing user reference materials by drafting operational instructions.
- Maintaining client confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule: Shift system
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
