Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing and resolving issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s IT systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an IT Technical Support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with network troubleshooting and IT security is a plus
