Job Description

Are you passionate about providing technical assistance to end-users? We are currently seeking an IT Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As an IT Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for resolving technical problems, providing advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding technical issues via phone or email.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems.
  • Generating and maintaining accurate documentation for all solved issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Assisting with the installation and configuration of software applications and hardware devices.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a desire to provide exceptional service.
