Job Description
We seek an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line technical assistance to staff and clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring workstations, supporting networks and peripherals, managing support tickets, and documenting resolutions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of IT support experience.
- Technical skills: strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Attributes: excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft are a plus.
