Job Description
Our Technical Support Specialist monitors and maintains the organization’s computer/network systems by applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware, desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, CCTV cameras. Installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses hardware/software faults and solves technical and applications problems, either by phone or in person.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or any business-related courses
- With at least 1 year actual work experience in tech support and/or ICT repairing hardware, software
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
