Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide PC support and troubleshooting for both office and site locations
- Provide Level 1 and 2 network support
- Handle inquiries and provide helpdesk support to users
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and IT asset house-keeping
- Support Meeting Room AV System, CCTV system, etc.
Requirements:
- Any Computer Technical Course, Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, or Computer Engineering will be an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in IT end-user support and PC LAN support
- Strong troubleshooting skills in PC hardware and MS Applications (Office 2016/2019, Windows 7/8/10, etc.)
- Any additional relevant certification will be an advantage
- Good command of English
- Independent, self-motivated, and good communication skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
